EOD BOMB DISPOSAL SUIT The EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suit is a new, state-of-the-art, up-armored products. The EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suit applies the world first class materials which has been in use for many years in dozens of countries worldwide. The eod2009 Bomb Disposal Suit provides high level of protection, at the same time offering maximum comfort and flexibility to the operator. We have supplied 90sets of the EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suits to China Armored Police Troops and 10 sets to China Public Security Department. The ballistic levels and materials used in the various components of the EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suit are tested and evaluated to the full quality assurance standard laid down by the appropriate Government organizations. The suit consists of the following separate items which collectively make the completed garment: Jacket with attached collar Integral radio earpiece and microphone with ambient sound facility Carrying Bag Trousers Neck Protector Plate Chest Protector Plate Groin Protector Plate All the ballistic inserts used in the EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suit are made of waterproof-treated Kevlar HT which are enclosed in a special water-resistant and anti-ultraviolet membrane. The outer cover is supplied in flame-retarding NOMEX IIIA. In hot and humid countries the EOD2009 Bomb Disposal Suit can be supplied in conjunction with the Cooling Suit. Provision is made on the front for the attachment of rigid chest and groin blast plates by means of integral pockets with webbing and Velcro securing straps. Pouches for working tools, blower and radio are attached to the front and back of the outer cover. The high collar provides overlap protection to the helmet, visor and neck-guard. Immediate removal of the suit is achieved by use of the quick-release straps attached to the side and shoulder. An alternative communications system comprising a headset, microphone, 100 meters of cable and amplifier, for communication between the operator and his controller, can also be supplied. Also incorporated in the helmet is an air ventilation system which directs the flow of forced fresh air over the top of the helmet liner, across the visor and down over the operator's face ensuring efficient demisting and clear view.
